Salish Sea Influence

Our designs resonate because they make sense; they flow with grace and meaning. Defined forces actually create a design pattern through necessity – we have prime forces in the Salish Sea and we use them well.

This style will connect nesters with forces inside and outside that embody kinetics, utility and ergonomics. An example would be our Skycourt, a rooftop for gatherings and events. It has a large turret and an open gable over the Porte Cochere, excellent for forest, wildlife and sky observations. Our Endurance Dwellings are all compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and also include access to gardens, forests and courts outside the dwelling.

All of our projects are aimed at a niche market; people who want to have a permanent revenue stream from their place of residence and business. It’s one thing to be off the grid – free water, power, septic and permaculture, but what about the house payment? And this type of project is not just for business; friends and family will have plenty of room for major holidays and special parties from your ‘house’.

It seems mandatory, in this day and age, that we have a recording studio and performance hall in the same building (we have investigated the possibility of having a personal radio station here also; looks good). The kitchen has a learning island, with filming soffit for internet ventures; it is easy to see that this venue creates opportunities for every searching, imagineering intellect.
