Our scope covers the project from beginning to end.

1. We locate and secure appropriate sites, initiating and completing feasibility studies and beginning the permitting process.

2. After the client begins buying process, we are awarded the permit, then client completes buying process and owns property.

3. Sitework and construction begins, usually lasting 14 to 17 months. We continue through Cerificate of Occupancy, when owner moves in, a turnkey operation.

4. We are available for our clients as long as they need us. They will have a Maintenance and Operations Manual, very detailed and complete, that will serve them well, and every subcontractor, vendor and supplier will be listed.
