As doctors of the vital forces we seek the most favorable conditions for success through geomancic orientation. We are sensitive to natural protocols and symmetries as we develop the site character into a cogent theme. We exhalt diverse biospheres and create elegant systems, dealing with force and celebrating life. Living in these dwellings is inspiring from moment to moment. We emphasize synergy in our systems, recognizing ergonomics as our prime directive. Our designs are crafted by understanding the great forces we know, such as sun, water, fire, wind and many more; but there are less obvious, yet meaningful forces that need to be value analyzed and interpreted for residential building design. For instance, parking is a force; entertaining is a force; access from your vehicle to the kitchen; and, of course, storage space and bathroom size. There are literally hundreds of forces that affect design but are not identified. One of the most important forces is inherent danger in the project, so we have synergetic systems in place to assure ergonomic, AD A compatability. Everywhere you look in the Pacific Northwest you see copies of architectural styles that do not deal well with the great forces we live with. The Makahs have dealt well with these forces and some Pacific Rim cultures have created structures where forces are defined and interpreted. Systems are then value analyzed and installed for best use of methods and materials. Some of the forces that affect design in our region are similar to forces in the Pacific Rim, providing an interesting asian ethos to our dwellings.
We perceive the dwelling habitat complex as a synergetic organism. Our brand of geomancy has evolved from a renewed perception of ancient integrative techniques. They are low impact and emphasize harmony in the biosphere. Using geomancy, we can create any real or imagined micro-scenarios. We groom native growth, allowing humans, animals, birds and plants to flourish. Our properties are world class-nothing else like them- jawdropping types; ocean, mountain, lake, desert and island are available. Our architect, Jim Barker, is an award- winning, creative artist who knows and utilizes Pacific Northwest design influences very well. Dwellings built and designed by us reflect the essential grace and elegance permeating this wonderful region. Each one is completely different from any other. Acreage starts at five and increases. Some sites have 360 degree views with Rainier, Baker, the Olympics and the Cascades in the continuous background. |
